Covid Guidelines
In accordance with Public Health recommendations, STSCO will be implementing a variety of measures to ensure the safety of our drivers and students during the upcoming school year. For more information, please click here.
Using the Bus?
Is your child eligible for transportation and did you opt-out of busing? If your child is ready to ride the bus again let us know by clicking here. Please note that your child will not be routed immediately as STSCO requires time to adjust seating plans and routes to align with Public Health guidelines.
Bus Drivers Wanted!
Bus drivers safely transport students to and from school every day. Area bus companies are always looking for new drivers and can provide training and help with obtaining the necessary license.
If you enjoy driving a vehicle and interacting with students and their families, the job might be for you.

Celebrating Our Local Bus Drivers: Spotlight Series
Big yellow school buses and education vehicles will soon take to the roads to safely deliver more than 26000 of students to and from school every day.
School bus drivers and transportation staff are an integral part of our local education system. For many students, drivers are the first and last faces they
see during the school day. Bus and transportation drivers navigate traffic, inclement weather and a mix of rural and urban roadways to ensure families have
access to safe, reliable, equitable and accessible transportation to school.
Our schools couldn't run without this important public service. At Student Transportation Services of Central Ontario (STSCO), Kawartha Pine Ridge District
School Board (KPR) and Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington Catholic District School Board (PVNC), we appreciate the dedicated service of bus
and transportation drivers each day, supporting students, families and local schools, and we want to introduce you to some of these wonderful people through STSCO’s #SpotlightSeries!
Not Using the Bus?
Do you drive your child(ren) to school every day?
Are you within the school boundary, but your child does not use STSCO school bus transportation?
By advising STSCO that your child does not use the bus, you may be helping us in our efforts to streamline the busing system.
